How to Install

RUBBERALL & QUICKTRIM TRAINING

We work hard to ensure that our clients are happy with the product being delivered and offer help and guidance in any way we can. We are now able to offer full o ne-day EPDM Rubberall and Quicktrim training courses on our products and installations.

Our course will take you from roof surface preparation and the procedure of laying out the Rubberall EPDM membraneall the way through to adhering the membrane with different bonding adhesives, tackling internal and external corner details and using seam tape to join rubber sheets together. We also cover drainage and pipe details and the use of termination bars to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills to tackle your next flat roofing projects.

Furthermore, this course will take you through the installation of the three basic components in the Quicktrim range, including the Check Kerb, Drip Edge details, and our pre-formed, solid Check Kerb and Drip Edge Corners. The installer training will be carried out using purpose built indoor roofing rigs, to demonstrate all aspects of the Rubberall and Quicktrim systems.

09:00 – 09:15 Arrival coffee and introductions
09:15 – 11:30 Rubber Installation Guide from trainer
11:30 – 12:15 Hands on installation practice for Installers
12:15 – 13:00 Break for lunch (lunch not provided)
13:30 – 15:00 Hands on installation practice for Installers continued
15:00 – 16:00 Discussions and troubleshooting Q&A 16:00 – Finish Costs

Please note: All travel expenses and any hotel requirements will be at the attending installer’s expense. Various options for lunch are available locally. Minimum 3 persons for training at location.

Location: EPDM Training will be carried out at our Exeter partner Training Facility with on-site parking available.
