Due to high demand of shipments in recent days, couriers’ workloads have grown tremendously. Normally this is managed and gone unnoticed due to the ability to re-allocate staff and resources. Unfortunately, COVID-19 restrictions mean staff allocation is still very limited. We don’t expect these delays to be longer than a couple of days, nor do we expect this to last very long.
