Courier Delay - Statement
Due to high demand of shipments in recent days, couriers’ workloads have grown tremendously. Normally this is managed and gone unnoticed due to the ability to re-allocate staff and resources. Unfortunately, COVID-19 restrictions mean staff allocation is still very limited. We don’t expect these delays to be longer than a couple of days, nor do we expect this to last very long. We do apologise for this inconvenience and request you consider the potential delay when organising your roof fixture with external organisations.
