30 Years on 1.5mm membrane (Fully Adhered Roofing Installations Only)

20 Years on 1.2mm membrane (Fully Adhered Roofing Installations Only)

Rubber Flat Roof supplied EPDM, in a fully adhered roofing installation, is warranted against premature deterioration, to the point of failure, due to weathering of a period of 30 years for 1.5mm membrane or 20 years for 1.2mm membrane. This warranty is from the date of purchase, if installed using Rubber Flat Roof supplied adhesives. (Other adhesives have not been tested and may cause pre-mature deterioration).

The holder of this warranty must keep receipts showing that both the membrane and adhesives are supplied by Rubber Flat Roof. This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners.

Rubber Flat Roof’s liability is limited to providing replacement membrane and the labour to install a replacement membrane. The value of the credit will be determined on a pro-rata basis.

For 1.5mm membrane: the number of remaining months of the warranty divided by 360, times the value of the replacement membrane and the labour to install.

For 1.2mm membrane: number of remaining months of the warranty divided by 240, times the value of the replacement material and the labour to install.

Replacement accessories, other materials and replacement material shipping costs, are not included in this warranty.

If a claim is made, the following must be submitted:

We reserve the right to inspect the roof before compensation is made under this warranty.
